I am thrilled to be involved as Consultant in this new production of Filumena by Tanya Ronder, directed by Michael Attenborough and performed by an exceptionally talented cast, led by Samantha Spiro. Those of you who know the work of Eduardo will find this Filumena has captured the authentic and delicate flavours of Napoli and the humanity of its characters and projected the profound message of the play, well beyond the common clichés about Italy (and the Italians).
